ISRAELI TACTICAL KNIFE FIGHTING & GROUND SURVIVAL

Following a successful return trip & certification at the HaganaH HQ in South Florida, UK Head Instructor Darren Le Fevre was granted authority to teach the additional skill sets of Israeli Tactical Knife Fighting & Ground Survival . This increases the arsenal of defensive/offensive tactics now available to learn by HaganaH’s UK student base. Look out for more information on the HaganaH system in "Combat" Magazine in the coming months.

In addition to the above certification, founder & Chief instructor of the HaganaH system Mike Lee Kanarek granted authority to Darren to now award rank to all UK students within the F.I.G.H.T. Programme, subject to stringent criteria. This will be internationally recognised by the I.H.F. The International HaganaH Federation. Further details to follow.

SPECIALIST TRAINING

Whilst in South Florida, Darren was privileged to be invited to take part in a truly “one off” training session with one former, & two currently serving Israeli special forces operators. This was an exclusive & limited “Closed door” session by invitation only. The theme of the session was Krav Maga "Aggression & Stress induction training" as taught at the Lotar Counter- Terror school in Israel. For security reasons, detail regarding the nature of this training & the operators invovled cannot be disclosed. 

In August 2010 HaganaH System founder Mike Lee Kanarek together with close friend and fellow IDF veteran Moti Horenstein, represented the Israeli Commando’s In the US TV Programme “Deadliest Warrior” The programme pitted the Israeli Commando’s against the US Navy Seals in a “Hypothetical” duel to the death. The programme produced by Spike TV will air in the UK on 11th October 2010 on Sky TV’s “Bravo” channel.

HaganaH USA Announces New Military and Law Enforcement Counter-Terror Training Capability Ft. Lauderdale, Florida –

Today, Randy Proto, Co-founder of the International HaganaH Federation,  announced that HaganaH USA has added a former "Duvdevan" Israeli Special Forces Operator known as Garret Machine as an Israeli Professional Tactical Training Instructor for its US operations. “Duvdevan" is one of the most prestigious counter-terror units of the IDF, therefore, we are very pleased to bring this special skill set to our organization,” stated Proto. “Each member of our instructional staff brings a completely different real world experience with them that all of our clients benefit from,” added Proto. “Our US operations, particularly those serving our military and law enforcement clients, will see great enhancements from our new course offerings including numerous added handgun combat shooting courses, rifle combat shooting courses, home and facility defense courses, high profile security professional courses and extensive military tactics courses including counter terror and unit security procedures, structure entry and clearing tactics, urban warfare tactics, hostage rescue, and others. Garret Machine has been trained in numerous Israeli methods, including LOTAR and YAMAM Hostage rescue, and participated in numerous small team urban counter-terror combat missions during his nearly 7 years in the Israeli military. These exciting and challenging classes will certainly enhance the skill sets of those who participate in them.
