All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of supplying stated services/products to “You” the customer in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use  information collected from individual customers on a need to know basis. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

Confidentiality

 In accordance with the the Data Protection Act 1998, client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than the International Haganah Federation (IHF) & Integrated Defensive Fignting Systems Inc (IDFS) for marketing purposes and/or if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, either electronically by email, text message or handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of sales and to inform you of new services or products.

User assumes all risk. HaganaH UK exclude all liability for damages, not limited to, but including, damage to property, physical injury or death as a result of the use or misuse of any item or information displayed or for sale through this website.You must be 18 years of age to purchase goods from this website.

Payment

Personal Cheque and all major Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal's secure server payment service are the accepted methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before despatch of goods. Goods will not be despatched until personal cheques have cleared. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products ordered.

Errors & Ommissions

HaganaH UK do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products. HaganaH UK will try to correct any errors and omissions found at the earliest opportunity. If an error is discovered in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on this web site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at the correct price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of completing the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in these circumstances, we shall refund the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

Notification within 24 hours is required should the Customer wish to cancel an order following payment. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £5 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Under the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations, if you have changed your mind after purchasing a product from us, you can return the goods for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

1. The items are in stock condition (as when they were delivered)

2. You inform us within 7 days of delivery of product by phone - 07944 518272

3. You pay for the return of goods to us.

4. Goods are returned in the original packing in a re-saleable condition. You must inform us immediately on delivery (within 24hrs) if any goods are missing, damaged or faulty. Goods cannot be replaced or exchanged at a later date.

5. If the goods are refused by us because any of the above is not met, we will return the goods to you and you will be charged for the return postage & packing costs.

6. A 10% handling charge for items returned simply for refund will be made, to cover the cost of re-inspection and re-stocking.

7. Postage prices displayed on this site are shown at a subsidised rate, should a replacement product be required, a non-subsidised postal charge will be made.

8. Due to the amount of copyright theft, unauthorised copying & video piracy, refunds will only be given if DVDs are returned un-opened, in their original packaging & condition & re-saleable. In such circumstances the Customer will be liable for return postage costs. Any faulty DVD discs will be replaced or refunded. All DVD discs returned on the basis of being faulty will be checked and if found to be in good working order will be returned to the Customer. In such circumstances the Customer will be liable for return postage costs.
